For every account that is having this issue. 1. Check Incoming server settings. Touch Apps. Touch Email. Select the account that is having the issue. Scroll down to and touch Incoming settings. If Use secure connection is checked, uncheck it. however, if Use secure connection is unchecked when issue occurs, check it on.
