My is case is somehow similar about the status... my husband (USC) filed an I-130 in the middle of December 2020, He received the NOA until a week ago but with date Jan 4 and a IOE receipt number, I checked yesterday and the status just changed to “My case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” Jan 27 Hopefully it’s going to be fast for both :) USCIS is estimating 4-7 months for my case before sending it to the National Visa Center. Next month I’ll be 7 months, so I don’t think it’s going to take months or years. Also the Nebraska location is working pretty fast.My general take is that active review immediately after submission/biometrics on either I-130/I-485 is meaningless as far as predicting a case timeline, it probably just means someone has glanced at your paperwork/online documents and nothing major is missing that would trigger an early RFE or deficiency notice.Case is being actively reviewed by Uscis for I-485.
